It has been awhile since I updated the website but we have been busy here at the rabbitry. We have gone to a few shows in Maryland and brought home some more legs. We have finally two Grand Champions at the Rabbitry, County Line's Sebastian, REW Flemish Giant Buck and Ruthie, Thrianta Doe. Hopefully with the new year we will be able to have a few more Grand Champions! I will be doing some updating of the website with new pictures of some of the new rabbits we have gotten over the last few months and I will be posting show dates also. Looks like it will be another busy year but an enjoyable one!
Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a Very Happy and Health New Year!

Well, one fair under our belt and few more to go. We put a total of 26 rabbits in the Lycoming Fair and we took BOB with our steel flemish int. buck,Drake, our gold doe english spot , Jade, our white standard rex buck and our thrianta jr. doe. Took BOS with our chocolate english spot buck, Simon, our thrianta jr. buck, and our white standard rex doe. Took a few BOV and BOSV with your english spots and was in the top 5 for Best in Show with our gold english doe, Jade. So I guess not a bad day. Look forward to showing at the other fairs (Allentown, Montour/Delong, Northumberland county, Gratz and Bloomsburg Fairs). Have a few shows in there to go to also. I hope the weather isn't too hot for some of these fairs and shows.
Till next time, keep cool

English spots our Grey Doe Jr. took Best of Breed and our Gold Buck Sr, Jasper, took Best Oppisite Sex along with BOB and BOS, we also took Best of Variety in Blue, Black, Chocolate, Gold and Grey. Not bad for our Spots! Got a few awesome babies in the nest box that I can't wait to see how they do on the table.

Hello to all,
Well another rabbit show is behind us and we do rather well. We took some of our English Spots and Rhinelanders to this show, along with our white flemish giant, Sabastain, hoping to get his last GC leg. This was a double show and in show A, Sabastain took Best of Variety, unfortunely there were only 4 in the class so no GC leg this time. I will say that the judge really looked Sabastain over for Best of Breed but it escaped us again this time. Our english spots brought home some Best of Variety and Best Opp. of Variety and our blue sr. doe, Pebbles, brought home Best Opp. Sex in Show A but lost in Show B. That's okay we have more shows to come. A fun day was had by all but we were glad to get home and rabbits back in cages, it was a long fun day.
We have lots for litters of bunnies at the rabbitry and we be having more in the next week. We also have a litter of Himalayans that are looking for some new homes, so if you know anyone interested let them know we have some avialble.
Till next time

Well another rabbit show is under our belt and what a great time we had. We got to see all our rabbit people buddies and all their beautiful rabbits. We took 10 rabbits with us and came home with one Best of Breed with our Thrianta Doe Sr. This win gives her a third leg and we will be granding her out as soon as we get the leg. Our American Blue Buck Sr. took first in the Buck Sr. class, I was happy to see all the Americans there at the show. This breed is catching on with allot of people. Our white Flemish giant Buck sr. (Sabastian) took third in his class, his coat was molting out so it wasn't the best day for him, better luck at the next show.
With this show behind us, we will be breeding some of our thriantas and lilacs this week. We have a few litters on the ground now and looking forward to a few more in the next few weeks. I need to sex our litter of Himalayans and see what I have, hopefully I can figure it out, LOL. Sexing bunnies is not easy for me to do until they get to be about 6 weeks old, I know there are people that can do it sooner, I'm not one of those people, yet.
Time for me to sign off and get some work done out at the rabbit pens. Our next rabbit show is March 31, 2012 in Hamburg, PA and we are looking forward to it! Thanks for visiting my website and hope you enjoyed it.

Hi to all. Hope your holiday season was a great one and you are all ready to face the new year.
Our first show of the year is now behind us, 96th Farm Show, Harrisburg, PA January 6, 2012, and what an awesome time we had. We brought home 5 BOB, 4 BOS, 2 BOV and 1 BOSV, not bad for your first show of the year. I've posted pictures of our robbins on the Photo page and will be taking pictures of the rabbits with their wins this week. Our five BOB were: Thrianta Buck Sr, English Spot Gold Doe Sr., Giant Chinchilla Doe Sr., Lilac Doe Sr. and American Chinchilla Buck Sr. Our four BOS were: Thrianta Doe Sr., English spot Chocolate Buck Sr., and Giant Chichilla Buck Sr., BOV were: Broken Havana Buck sr and Flemish Giant White Buck Sr and our one BOSV was Broken Havana Doe Sr. All these rabbits are staying the week at the Farm Show, so if you get there be sure to stop by and say hi to them.
Now it's time to start looking ahead to what other shows we will be attending this year so that I can decide which rabbits to take and which ones to breed, always a chore to figure out. I will sign off now and hope you have a great new year.

Well we have another show under our belt. Had a great time and saw some people I hadn't seen in awhile. We took three different breeders to the show Flemish Giant, Thriantas and for the first time American Chinchillas! It was a three hour trip for us left in the weee hours of the morning and did get back till early evening, but it was worth the trip. Our Flemish Giant, County Line's Sebastian took 2nd as a senior, he needs to fill in a little more and I think he will be up there with the best. We to six thriantas with us and our bucks took 2nd, 4th and 5th, our does took 1st, 2nd and 4th all seniors. Our American Chinchilla Sr. Buck Hecules took BOB and our imtermediate does took 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th. I don't think we had to bad of a day. Now to decide what we will be taking to the Farm Show in Harrisburg, PA this year. It will be our first time going and I'm looking forward to it.
I need to get some new pictures of the three next thriantas takend along with a few of the American Chinchillas, there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done that needs to be done. So with that I will close and see if I can't get some things done (clean pens, trim toenails, brush rabbits ect.) you all know what I'm talking about!
Stay safe! Till next time

Well another two shows are under our belts and I must say these two shows gave us a BIG surprise! The shows were held in Huntingdon, PA on 9/25/11 and put on by Tri-County Rabbit Club of PA (Show A) and Cenral PA Rabbit Breeders Assoc. (Show B). Here are the results:
Flemish Giants: County Line's Sebastian's (18CL) White Int. Buck took 1st in both shows and BOSV in Show B; Rosario White Int. Buck took 2nd in both shows and Bella, Lt. Grey Int. Doe took 1st in Show A and 2nd in Show B
Giant Chinchillas: Jacqualine took 1st and Best of Breed in both shows and our new one, Princess took 2nd in both shows both are Doe Srs.
Thriantas: Fireball took 1st in both shows and BOS in Show A and BOB in Show B; Red Devile took 2nd in both shows both are Buck Srs.; We added two new Doe Srs. to our herd and they are Callie who took 2nd in Show A and 3rd in Show B the other one is Ruthie and took 1st in both shows and BOB in Show A and BOS in Show B.
Americans: Amandus, Buck Sr, took 1st in both shows and Page, doe sr. took 3rd in both shows. There were quiet a few Amreicans at the show. I'm glad to see they are making a come back!
Rhinelanders: Jake, Buck Sr. took 6th in Show A and 4th in Show B; Abby, Doe Sr., took 6th in Show A and 1st in Show B. Now for the BIG surprise! Our very own, County Line's Andy, buck jr. (5 months old) took 1st in both shows and went on to took Best of Breed for both shows! He was one of about 35 rhinelanders competing that and we were, to say the least, over joyed to have taken BOB! I can't wait to show this little guy again soon.
All in all we had a great time showing our rabbits and seeing all our friends out there in the show world. We look forward to see you all again.
I will be working on getting pictures of the few new rabbits we have gotten in the last few months that need to be taken and get the pages updated. But there just never seems to be enough time to do everything that needs to be done. Till next time. Take care Tammy

Hi to all,
Another fair is under our belt, Gratz Fair in Gratz, Pennsylvania and we had 10 rabbits entried and did a great job. Since it was a fair all the same breeds are judged together no matter what the colors are. They were just separeted into Buck Srs, Buck Jrs., Doe Srs. and Doe Jrs. Here is how we did:
Flemish Giants: Rosario, REW Int. Buck took 2nd and our own County Line's Big Boy, REW Int. Buck took 1st and Best of Breed, this is one flemish that was left out of a litter that didn't sell so we decided to keep him. We also took him to the West Branch Rabbit Show in Mill Hall, PA 9/4/2011 and he took Best of Variety in the Flemish Speciality Show and earned a leg. Not bad for a 5 month old and already goes 12 pounds.
Himalayans: Hemi, Black Buck Sr. took 1st and Best of Breed, Carmel, Chocolate Buck Sr. took 2nd and Nick, Blue Buck Sr. took 3rd; Blizzard, Black Doe Sr. took 1st and Best Opp. Sex and Star, Black Doe Sr., took 2nd.
English Spots: County Line's S3, chocolate buck Jr., took 2nd, Our Gold English Spot Buck Jr. took 1st and Best Opp. Sex; Our Gold English Spot Doe Jr., took 1st and Best of Breed. These three will need names just have to figure out what they will be and will than pictures will have get taken and I'll get them on the English Spot page.
This is our last fair of the year since one fair has been cancaled do to the resent flooding in the area. We were planning on showing 35 rabbits at the Bloomsburg Fair, Bloomsburg, PA next week but because of flooding the fair will not be held. The Bloomsburg area has been devastated along with our areas surrounding it. Allot of people have lost their homes and it was a hard decision the fair board had to make weather to have the fair or not. Not only the community has allot of work to do to clean up but also the Bloomsburg Fair grounds have allot of cleaning still to be done. Don't worry it will be cleaned and the fair will go on next year! and we will be there.
With the cancelation of the Bloomsburg Fair we are now able to go to another show on September 25th and will let you know how we do there.
Till next time.
